Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath layout that’s perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Master Bedroom:
Unwind in the inviting master suite featuring a plush king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub, and a 55” Roku Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows using your own accounts. There’s also a desk if you need to get a little work done, and a walk-out veranda that’s perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening. The bathroom is stocked with starter toiletries, a hair dryer, and a magnifying makeup mirror for extra convenience.

Guest Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, its own attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and another 55” Roku Smart TV. The bathroom also connects to the main living area, making it easy for everyone to access.

Living & Dining Areas:
The open living space is perfect for relaxing and reconnecting after a day exploring Branson. Kick back on the comfy sleeper sofa, stream a movie on the 55” Roku TV, or step outside onto the private veranda with seating for six. It’s an open-air space surrounded by trees, giving you a peaceful spot to unwind — the Thousand Hills Golf Course sits just across the street.

The dining area features a large table that seats six, ideal for shared meals, game nights, or planning your next day’s adventures. You’ll also find a great collection of children’s books, board games, and card games for family fun.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Cooking here feels just like home! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need — a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, and countertop ice maker. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided, along with starter supplies including six K-cups, ground coffee, sugar, and calorie-free sweetener. You’ll also find plastic dishes for the kids (or poolside use).

Laundry & Comforts:
You’ll have your own washer and dryer right in the unit, along with a few laundry detergent pacs to get you started. Central heating and air keep the space comfortable year-round, and we’ve added three ceiling fans, a pedestal fan, and a desktop fan to help everyone find their perfect comfort level.

Tech & Essentials:
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout the condo, a keyless smart lock for easy self-check-in, and handy charging stations for your devices. All linens, pillows, towels, and washcloths are provided, along with starter sets of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

You’ll have shared access to the nearby clubhouse with an indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Free parking for two vehicles is right outside the unit. The condo is conveniently located along Branson’s Yellow Route, making it quick and easy to reach shows, restaurants, and attractions — all without getting stuck in the main strip traffic.
